tPSAD B6-C1
PsaD terminator, tPsaD, was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and is in position B6-C1. It’s 5’ scar is GCTT and it’s 3’ scar is CGCT.
The PsaD promoter and terminator are a tried and tested system that can drive strong and constitutive expression in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii [1,2].
